hey does anyone here knows why its taking so long to get to a customer service rep? i've been on hold for the last hour and eleven minutes!! its actually the first time that i have to wait so long....or is there like another number where i can call???? any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Hang up and call back. Or place another call while on hold, then if someone answers hang up the other line.
