T-Mobile Issues
Since we were moving we changed out minutes and just because of that we got trapped in a new two year contract. Now, the signal that we have is so bad that it is impossible to use any of our phones. It seems like, no matter where we go the signal sucks and if we do somehow magically connect it is a really crappy connection and only lasts a little while.
Not only did they put us into a new contract but they didn't inform us that we were being put into a new contract and there was nothing going along with it. We only figured it out awhile later when we were going into the store to complain about the non-existent signal.
As we were going in and multiple times afterwards, their customer service was absolutely horrible. They were not helpful and they really only treated us like crap!
Now I have a cellphone myself and getting it to work is really difficult. It doesn't matter where I am: school, in the town, in the city, wherever. The phone is practically unusable and it is like that with all of the phones in my family.
I highly recommend that you pick ANY other carrier than T-Mobile.
Your best bet is to keep a log of where and when you can't make calls and want to. Call customer service and politely ask to get out of the contract due to these issues. If you start telling tall tales or suggesting people not use T-Mobile because YOU agreed to a contract that you now want out of, you're going to get nowhere.
