I think what you would want to do is to use the mobile phone tools from Samsung to get the contacts into Outlook. Then you would use mobile phone tools from Motorola to get them onto the V330.
There might be a way to do it without the drivers - but I'm not sure how. I've always just used the drivers to do that sort of thing in the past. They seem to work pretty seemlessly.
