Pairing the T-Mobile Moto RAZR and Motorola HS820 headset possible?

My friend got her RAZR V3 from T-Mobile, and she just bought the Motorola HS820. She charged the bluetooth headset, but the V3 is saying "no device found" when we try to pair the phone and the bluetooth headset. Is something wrong with this phone or headset?

most likely the headset if it will not pair. Make sure though that before you attempt to pair the devices that the BT is turned on from the phone, and activated (not just charged and turned on) on the headset before you search for tell the phone to search for the earpiece. like I said though, 9 times out of 10 if it's a pairing problem it's going to be the headset, not the phone...but then again, could be the phone...does your friend know anyone with another BT headset she can try to pair it with?

I just tried and it finally started working. She had to press the power button like 3 times for it to start working. If it didn't start working she was gonna take it back.

you have to put the headset in pairing mode then have the phone search for it.
