If cingular does not want to buy T-Mobile because its worthless is it possible just for cingular to buy all of t-mobile customers? 😕

Probably not. Unless Cingular improves their rate plans and customer service, many of us will stay with T-Mobile. You can't buy some people.

I am one of those people who will stay with T-Mobile because I like getting more. I don't like Cingular. Besides T-Mobile's plans are the best value for your dollar!

You'd think they are trying to...There have been a TON of customers wanting to cancel recently because cingular has either sent them a flyer, or called them, or a retail rep has gotten a hold of them...

They all say the same thing... "Cingular said if I leave T-Mobile they will give me 2 free camera phones, and a free month of service if I sign up with a 2 year contract"

I'm usually able to save most of them with a similar offer...usually with more minutes, less contract term, and comparible phones.

how come when i called to cancel T-Mobile and go to Cingular because Cingular gave me a lower plan of 8.00 because of my discount through work, they didnt offer to compete? I would have gladly stayed with them over Cingular.

It's difficult to compete with people who get discounts from work, or have their employer providing them with a free phone.

We can't just make up plans and minute packages, I wish it were that easy...but depending on the situation we can sometimes present a better solution. I was more so referring to customers with no business affiliation.

However let's say (for example), a customer with a need for 1000 minutes and unl nights and weekends with an $8 discount from their work goes with cingular. The closest you are going to get is 900 minutes, unl nights and weekends and mobile to mobile for $59.99-$8.00=51.99. Weather the plan is in your market or not, I can get a customer $39.99 for 1000 minutes, unlimited nights and weekends. you wa...

Its only available on the West coast markets for $39.99 a month, everywhere else its $45.99 a month. Not bad, only $5.00 more for 400 extra minutes a month than I was getting on the 600 minutes plan for $39.99.

samsung e317. Worst phone in the world!!!! The guy checked my area and said the reception in my area is great, they have that checker like T-Mobile has. He said its my phone that cant hold a signal and the phone itself is cheap. He recomended the Nokia6102 or motorola v551, or some new ones coming out in september. I just want service I can use!!

Yesterday i was at my brothers softball game. Not many people at all...and i could barely hear on my phone at high volume. At times it lumps all the words together so i cant even hear. Its that bad. As soon as i connect on a call i lose all bars of service and it never holds onto them.

The 6102 has one minor difference that make it better than T-Mobile's 6101 version. The Cingular 6102 has FM radio built-in.
