Funny Scenario
He's been with us since 1998 on a $9/month (yes 9...like nine) rate plan. It was a "state of utah employee" plan, and it wasn't even that great...45 minutes and 500 text messages. all the same though, he didn't use but that many.
He wanted to cancel because he quit working for the state of utah, and moved to ohio, and we wouldn't let him keep his plan if he changed his number to a local Ohio number.
I asked him if he had any other problems. He said "no man the service works great, I've had no problems with it, and I don't have any problems here (meaning ohio)"
So, I slowly repeated "so you want to cancel your service with us because you have a state of...

I think he is crazy! He is not gonna find a plan cheaper than what he had. He will feel stupid, once he finds out that no carrier offers that. If he calls back, would yall give him that plan back? I hope he comes to his senses. He might be thinkin g of going to Cingular.
Yeah, actually...he has 90 days to reactivate. Well, technically, he has to keep that number, or another utah number to keep that rate plan. After 60 days, the numbers are released back into the system. Not that we couldn't get another utah number, but I'd think after it was released, our system may or may not allow it to be reserved and reactivated with that plan.
