Roadside Assistance Discontinued (Effective 08/01/05)

I added Roadside Assistance to one of my lines on July 18, 2005. I never received a confirmation text message and when I checked my account online afterwards, I didn't see it listed and also the option to add it was no longer available. So I called Customer Service and I was told that it was added on my line, but if I remove it I can't get it again because it's no longer offered.

What's next? 😕

What? That's the reason a lot of people get wireless phones, for safety.

It wasn't our decision to make, it was Asurions.(I'm not sure if it was just T-Mobile) From what I understand it just wasn't profitable for them to keep offering, and not enough people signed up for it.

So, if I already have it, will it get cancelled or how long can I keep it?

you are grandfathered in to that unless you remove the service. 🙂
