I think T-Mobile is updating thier site
T-Mobile's site is not working at this time today. I wanted to go and see if they added new phones, and everytime I click on anything I get an error message. I think their site is down because they may be adding a new phone or something!!! 😁

Ok so the sie is back up. They re-arranged the phones, and put the Nokia 3220 on sale for free with new activation.
...
They do that from time to time. Rearrange to make you think they did something, or got new phones. I am still waiting for them to get a phone I want. I like the RAZR, but I don't like the mail in rebate thing. I would rather wait for a phone in that price range without the mail in rebate. Why pay taxes on 250 when you should only have to pay taxes on 199?
...
Why is it a mail in rebate? When I purchased mine it was an instant discount.
...
When it first came out, it had a mail-in-rebate. They changed it, since people didn't to bother with the mail in rebate crap. So now, they use the Instant rebate thing.

Its a instant discount now. They changed it so customers would buy it, and not worry about the rebates.
...
Is that instant if I call customer care? My T-Mobile shows it as a mail in rebate still. I know, I know, I'm a little ignorant.
...
that is for the handset upgrade.
...
Yes we are talking about the handset upgrade. But the main question is about the mail in rebate vs instant rebate. The website still has the mail in rebate and I am asking if the instant rebate is when calling customer care.
