Anyone else in sales that...
...gets alot of returns on the 3220? I feel like this phone gets returned more than anything else. Never seems to be a specific technical problem...people just don't seem to like it. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happening.

That is suprising that the 3220 would have any returns. I thought it was a neat phone. I bet the number one returned phone is the Siemens CF62 phone. I had that phone for one day and I gave it away cuz it was so bad!

Out of thousands of 3220's sold had one returned because of a crossed wire or something. Customer care told me it is the phone with the least problems. I would recommend asking more qualifying questions. it seems it may be getting sold to the wrong people.

it has a crappy camera. Some of my customer returned it because of poor signal (surprise, surprise).

Tmobile actually started giving away FREE NEW V66's to replace them after a while b/c of all the returns.

I sell TMobile in the Minneapolis market and we can't keep that one in stock. everyone LOVES that phone, and I have only seen one come back because the speaker stoped working a few days after they bought it.
