New here and some T-mobile customer questions!

Hi everyone!
I've just come out of lurkdom. I've been surfing the site since I started working for a wireless provider. lol. I don't think I should really say who. It's not T-Mobile and I'm sure I could get busted if I disparrage them..;)

Anways, I've been with T-Mobile for quite a few years and have really not had a lot of issues. I don't go to small cities so the coverage is never an issue. I usually go to California in all the big cities. I live in Seattle though. Usually never have a problem.

So what made you choose T-Mobile? For me it was the fact that my sister and my mom were on it. Easy to connect with them.

I'm on the 39.99 1000 min N&w plan. I really don't use that many minutes but it's cheap. I've also got the nok...

Well, currently I do work for T-Mobile, however I have used their service before I worked there, and during so here's my honest opinion of my service:

My first cell phone I got in 1998 from voicestream when I lived in Hawaii. I didn't at that time know a thing about cell phones, so naturally I thought hey-it's a cell phone you're SUPPOSED to be able to use it everywhere...That phone didn't work in my house, at my workplace, on the other side of the island...nowhere...I hated it! I called customer service and chewed them out so much over the crappy service!(yes- I used to be one of *those* customers) So, I couldn't stand it anymore, dropped down to $19.99 to ride out my contract and went and got sprint which worked everywhere and to this d...

I have T-mobile because they gave me no deposit (smart access). I like T-mobile, simple plans, good customer service, and thet recently expanded coverage over double what they had when they signed a roaming agreement with Dobson.The only problem I have is my phone doesn't work in my house. I'm hoping when the 850 mhz arrives in my area it fixes the problem, otherwise I may switch to Cingular or Sprint (it gets cold in Minnesota during the winter). â˜šī¸
