Amazon + Smartaccess
Was doing some research last night and was getting ready to order a phone off of the tmobile website, when I went through abunch of this smartaccess crap because I don't have any credit history. I don't mind staying under the 50$ a month plan for now, but I was curious how long I had to stay under that limit? Also, what are the other penalties? I wanted to order a SK II but I wasn't sure if the data plan was included with it.

I also have smartacces do to not enoguh cresit history. you say your limit is 50.00? wow, usually its like 150.00 , because mine is. you can pick any phone aor ny anyphone, all you need top do is switch out your sim card to the other phone. You have to be with smartacces only for one year after that you can get a normal t-mobile account. But note that there is a $400 early termination fee. other wise just dont go over 150.00 on your bill and you'll be ok. if you do, your service will be suspended until it goes below 100.00 dollars.

You are the same person getting the phone from ebay right? If so you have the phone, you don't need to sign a contract or deal with smartaccess because you will be going month to month.
