T-Mobile is pleased to extend a special offer to T-Mobile To Go (Prepaid) customers located in Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama during the month of September. Starting today and throughout the month of September, T-Mobile will ensure that each Prepaid account maintains a $50 balance.
T-Mobile will monitor each account (in the above areas) every two hours. If the customer has less than $50.00 on their account, an adjustment will be applied to bring the customer back up to $50. All credits will be automatically applied to their accounts.
For example: If a customer has $50 and uses $20 within the two hour timeframe, T-Mobile will post the $20 back onto their account to bring the customer back up to $50.

Louisiana: 337, 225, 985, 504
Mississippi: 228, 601
Alabama: 251
Starting September 8 and throughout the month of September, we will ensure that each SmartAccess account maintains a Spending Limit Balance of $100.
We will monitor each account (in the above areas) every two hours. If the customer has more than $100.00 on their account, an adjustment will be applied to bring them back up to a $100 spending limit balance. All credits will be automatically applied to their accounts

So far all we've heard is that there will be no collection treatment for the foreseeable future-no courtesy calls on late bills, late customers won't enter a collection path and if the account is already in a collection path it won't progress. The day is young, however, and there could be further developments... 😉
