Oooooh...good question. It's possible but I think Sprint might have gotten their first. Our first video phone didn't come out until the end of 2003 with the Nokia 3650, if I recall correctly. I think I remember seeing video msgs on an ad fro Sprint in the middle of 2003. Not sure at all about Cingular or Verizon but I am very sure it wasnt cingular.
