T-Mobile Reps, I need your advice on the online assessments
After T-Mobile denied to interview me based on my last assessment I created a brand new profile at T-Jobs. I re-applied to the retail sales rep positions and now I have the email from T-Mobile to take the online assessment. How do I pass these assessments?! I REALLY want to work for T-Mobile and I am the perfect candidate for the job, but T-Mobile's silly assessments gets in the way.
What kind of answers do they want: a passive person, an assertive person, or an agressive person?
Please help me! I want to join T-Mobile's team! Thank you!

Maybe you shouldn't work for them.

I want to though. 😢

I feel the same way about that assessment test. I went into a T-Mobile store and the rep heard me helping a customer, and he recommended me to the manager, but I told them I have to wait to re-take the assessment test in November. Dang.

I understand you want to work for T-Mobile, but look at the lack of them accepting you as another opportunity else where. I am sure you will eventually get on with them, but since you recently graduated, I believe you said that a while back. Try other options that might make not getting the T-Mobile job look like a blessing. I didn't even get reviewed by the last company I really wanted to work for and now it looks like I might get a new job that will be more advantageous for me in the long run. So keep your chin up.

Aww, thank you for your wisdom! 🙂

Are you talking about the 9 question test or the 90 minute test?
...
the 90 minute test. I hate it!
...
Me too. I took that thing 3 times. I can retake it in November.
...
Why wait till november? Do what I did: erase all info from your current T-Jobs, change the address to your old on your current profile. Then go back in and create a brand new profile. Now I have another assessment to take!! ;-)
