problems with pic messages
I have a can not sunbranded V600 that i'm using wtih tmobile.they set up my internet and text for me by sending me a textmessage that had all the settings in it or somthing and the T-zones and texts work great. i have no problem doing anything, however i cant send any pic messages. tmobile said that they can't help me out....
has any one had this problem before and found out how to fix it?

Call back and get a good customer care rep. We have troubleshooting flows that help us with tshooting customers phones. If you are having an issue with MMS (pic msging) it might be because of missing MMS settings or it might be you are sending to a company we do not have an MMS agreement with.
The ONLY other carriers we have an agreements with are Sprint and Cingular.
