I am a sales rep from Chicago and tell me if you get this a lot. SmartAccess customers comin to your store throwing their phone at you cursing at you because their phone is turned off. And when you pull up their account, their balance is $170 and they only want to pay $40. You are trying to be nice to them and explain to them what's going on but all you want to tell them is "if your broke a$$ paid the bill on time we wouldn't be having this problem". I hope T-Mobile gets rid of SmartAccess not only will it cut down on problems with ignorant people like that but we could activate more lines, no more restrictions for one phone only.

The problem is, most of those people who are smart access would be $500 depos otherwise. So, you would actually activate fewer phones, because sprint would get all of those customers. But hopefully coowguy is right, and take control will solve all of these problems henceforth.
