Will T-Mobile get Push To Talk(PTT) And Any Info on upcoming Phones

Does Anyone have any information if t-mobile will get Push TO Talk(PTT) Or anyway info on upcoming phones. Plz Help

I know in 2003, DT (Deutche Telekom, forgive the spelling) signed an agreement with Nokia to set up PTT service on a GSM network. But haven't heard anything since then.
