Why are you already thinking of another model of phone? It won't persist, I can tell you that. I'm on my 2nd 6101 (first one got dumped in the toilet 🤭 ) and neither have had a freezing problem. Did you buy the phone in the hopes of getting a "free" upgrade?

He or She probably doesn't like it, and will keep fabricating issues in the hopes of getting a different model. And if that model isn't the one they want, the cycle begins again.

If I'm wrong, sorry. But from general observation, I don't think I am.

You can make the screensaver a slideshow of your pictures, and it works on both the internal and external LCD. Considering how much I use the extra features that drain power, the battery holds...

The 6101 is the BOMB DIGGITY!!!
I love my phone! Just wish they used the left soft key more instead of having the menu be a center button.
