Sounds like T-Mobile hired some former Cingular employees! 🤣
...
Wherever they came from, they have a lot to learn about service.
...
Yeah, keep in mind that this is NOT how T-Mobile typically is! 9 times out of 10 you get great service and help for anything. But if you were with Cingular the exact opposite would be true.
...
Yeah.. exactly, left eye.
And that's why T-Mo is for sale too, hmm?
🤣
...
T-Mo is not for sale. there were talks about in the past. T-mo has the best covergae in the world.

Not true based on my experience. I called 27 times and received acceptable service twice. 25 times they were rude, argumentative and or hung up on me. Where do you get your information from? Please do not assume.
...
I get my info from my own experience, plus most other people on the T-Mobile forum would agree with me.
If you don't like T-Mobile, bail out of your contract and go with another carrier. Cellular companies are all about the same as far as policy goes. T-Mobile works for me, but it may not work for the person next to me. Does it effect me? No. It would if I worked for T-Mobile, but since they spared me and didn't hire me, I could care less if I am their only customer. I have them because I have thier smallest plan, which only costs me 19.99 a month!!!!!!!!!
...
Hey, I'm happy for you. As far as I'm concerned I am stuck. And they want to stick it to me more if I cancel. I know what good service is. I had Nextel. T-imMobile is the Kmart of the Wireless market. I stick to my word.
...
HAHAHAHAHA K-MART. GOOD ONE!
🤣 🤣
...
Yup they are the K-Mart in prices. But let me think. So far, I have heard one person in 5 years complain about T-Mobile Customer Service. So either you expect too much or your just plain rude. But hey you are allowed to be what you want. 😛
...
🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣
Dude u like nextel over t-Mobile??? Talk about a company that got bought out by another ****ty company. Instead of pressing a button talk, then wait for 3 seconds to hear the person, here is an idea dial the freakin number and talk simultaneously on the same line at the same time. that walkie-talkie thing reminds me whan i was 7 yrs old.
...
That's weird, I have never had a problem with T-Mobile Customer Service in the last 4 to 5 years. My coverage has gotten better too. And my dropped calls have been less as well. Sounds like T-Mobile just really sucks in your area. Sorry to hear that.
...
T-Mobile. works for some and not for others. Do I care though? No. I am not paid to be loyal to T-Mobile. I pay them to be loyal to me, which they are for the most part.

My wife had a Nokia phone. Coverage was not a problem with that phone. We signed up for a family plan, 3 phones (samsung e315). These phones have rapidly moving signal indicators. They have design flaws and did not correct them. tmobile acknowledged that there were problems with the phones and discont. them. The problem is that, even though I had 3 of them and experienced the problem right off the bat, there were not willing to do anything but swap them for the same model, which obviously will not correct the problem. It is the phone's issues with the network and their poor customer service that I am dissatisfied with. When I talk to them, they do not seem to care once you get beyond the 1st level of support. When you are transferred, you be...

Again, I have had the opposite experience, even going up the chain when things like that happened. For me, the farther up I went, the better my service got. But that was me, and this is your experience. Sorry you had the bad experience, but keep in mind, just because you had the bad experience, doesn't mean everybody in situation did. Not sure why they didn't allow you to change phones for a different model. Usually they will let you do that when the phone is a known problem. Although, I have seen them try and get you to try newer versions of the same phone first to see if that will fix the issue, but they should have been able to go to a different comparable model, they have done that for me.

It's all in how you speak to the representative. I have found that the nicer and calmer that I am, the more I can get out of my wireless provider. If I get an attitude or raise my voice, I don't get anything except for a boot in the a$$.
...
It's seems that people think that: Cell Companies should give you Unlimited minutes Unlimited Data Free phone every two days all for 45 $ a mounth... and make money at the same time. Well here is a hint It doesn't work that way ...
Allow this information to sink in ... 🙄

Alot of people don't understand that alot of their problems are device related issues. Now having said that also remember that the carriers do not make the phones, they have contracts with phone manufacturers that say they might have to carry so many of their phones a year. It is very hard to prevent from bad devices being shipped to retail stores. Motorola is known for making bad phones. the RAZR for example. don't get me wrong it is an awesome idea, and MOTOROLA seems to be one step ahead of the game as far as features and design go, but i feel they haven't made a 100% solid phone since the STARTAC! in answer to your bars going up and down that is caused by being in a spot where you are in range of multiple towers and the phone switches ba...

Nokias are the most durable phones! Longer battery life, and better signal strength, louder ringers and clearer calls. Nokia is the only brand worth considering!

I speak from my own experience. I had the V300 for a few months and I decided that having my old Nokia 6200 is better. So I bought a 6200 on ebay and sold my V300 all in a week!
When I get a new phone, I will definantly go for the Nokia 3220!!!
