I upgraded with a 2-year extension online.

From what I understand I have 14days to return the phone if I don't like it?

Can I take it to a corporate store for the return, and also.. will that put my contract back in it's previous state and still show that i'm eligable for an upgrade?

If it was purchased from a Corp Store, then yes. If it was purchased from an Auth Dealer, needs to be taken there. If it was purchased online or via CC, then you can call them up and get the address to send it back to. Get a tracking number, and you should be able to go back to your previous upgrade status.
