adding 2nd line and switching SIM cards around
If I add a second line and get a better price on a new phone, can I then switch
the SIM cards around between my old
phone and the new one? So that my old
phone number is now on the new phone.

Are you going to keep both lines or just cancel the new line?

yes just don't try to cancel the new line because they will have you go to the store you got it from and have them cancel you contract there AFTER YOU RETURN THE PHONE!
