Call customer care and tell them where you want the new tower to go and they will log what we call a Service Request for "Coverage Enhancement". No guarantees it will happen any time soon, but the Engineering team will look into it and see if it is a good spot. If it isnt a good spot at the time being, they will keep your request in a log and revisit it every so often to see if it can be added. FYI: the more requests we receive for a certain area, the better your chances. However, only one request can be logged per mobile number. Hope this helps. 😉
