well im still in training but im in a callcenter and the plan they offer me is $20 a month with 1000 anythime, unl m2m and wap, and 1000 txt messages. and they do over a bunch of extra features as well. otheres can be from $10 to $40. and each one has dofferent min and stuff. ill try to post more info later.

I can tell you the plan call center employees get, but I don't know how it's different from kiosk/retail agents. CC employees get for $10 2000 whenever min, unlim m2m, 1500 outgoing sms, 1000 incoming sms, first incoming min free, 200 mms. You can add min, sms, and other features. Unfortunately, I forgot the plans for data devices like BB and Sidekick. I actually quit at the end of August...but I believe it was an extra $10-$15 for unlim data/personal e-mail. And like I said, that's what they offer CC employees. I don't know if it's the same for sales or kiosk agents. They do have a great employee plan.
