Problem with Voice mail....
Is anyone else having this issue...i find it hard to believe thats its just with me 🙂
When ever people try and call me and it goes to my voice mail they either get a busy signal (this is after it rings 4 or 5 times first) or a recording that the number is not in service at this time....
It doesn't happen all the time(maybe 2 out of 4 tries) but its gettign very frustrating. T-Mobile tells me there is no other complaints about this. I have 3 phones with them for my family and all 3 do this sporatic and randomly.
This just started ahppening since the new voice mail upgrade...

those a the bugs with the new vm system. i first had it when the vm system was changed for me. just call tech support and they will look deeper in the sytem to help u out on this problem.

Well i talked to T-Mobile 4 times now...
Got to the highest tech they had and they said they fixed it but its still happening...
Bad part is i use this for business and quite a few customers have told me they thought my number had ben disconnected.....don't know how many others tried and gave up...its gonna cost me money.
I told them if its not fixed i'm switching carriers but about 2 months ago i signed up for another year...they told me even though the problem exists that if i changed i'd be responsible for the $250 fee to terminate early.
