Nokia 6010 has 850 and it is not disabled. I believe the 3595's that were sold did have 850 disabled, but AFAIK 850 is fully functional on T-Mobile 6010s. If there's 850 available and there is a roaming agreement you should be able to use it. In Vermont you'll likely be roaming on Unicel in Vermont.
