There's a reason you cannot get an additional line otherwise you would not be a SmartAccess customer. If you had been credit worthy you wouldn't be a smartaccess customer.

You are extremely naΓΒ―ve if you think it was just "accidentally" taht they typed the whole message in all caps. It's extremely rude to go into any on line forum and type a message in all caps. All caps is understood to be shouting.
You're SOL! Typically people who get on Smart Access quality under one of 2 categories...
1. You have NO credit history.
2. Your credit sucks.
You will HAVE to wait another year UNLESS you do a change of responsibility under someone else's name who has the necessary credit and then run it off of their name.
