There isn't just one universal way to unlock samsungs or any other brand of phone. You need that particular phone's unlock code which would have to be provided by T-Mobile. Now usually, you have to be a customer for 90 days before T-Mobile will give you that code, but the sim unlock department will usually make exceptions for international roamers. No guarantees on that though. Your best bet is to call in to customer care and request the code. They'll have to file a request to get it.
