nokia 6101 trouble
when i opened my phone today i noticed that the screen(inside) fades to white every 8 seconds and then returns back to normal and then in 8 seconds it does that again...
and the external display is purple blue and yellow and looks like it is bleeding colors. i don't know what happend i don't remember any dropping of the phone except on a couch.

since you JUST opened it today your best bet would be to return the handset and exchange for a new one. If you did this at a tmobile store then return it to them.. if it was done online through tmobile.com sned it back to return adress listed.. As long as its under 14 days since you received the package your good for returns.. Sounds like the phone is having some serious issues..for future reference ifits after 14 days your only option is to do some troubleshooting with customer care at which time if they determine the handset is defective they will process a handset exchange to you (they send you out a phone same make/model you return the defective handset via usps).. hope this helps. 🙂
