and i quote" Congratulations for the third time in a row! That's right, according J.D. Power and Associates 2006 Wireless Customer Care Performance Study - Volume 1, our customers have without a doubt named you as #1.
With a significant lead over our competitors (T-Mobile: 108, Alltel and Verizon: 104) and an amazing nine point lead from the Industry Average (99), it is clear that customers are noticing that we do things differently at T-Mobile. "
haha.. who cares if we dont have nearly as many subscribers.. At least ours have less to gripe about.. 😁

i'm no t-mobile hater but i honestly don't know how. the hold time is long and some of the reps for the past 6 months have spoke to me as if thehave a size 10 air force one shoved up their but. i can say they are amazingly giving i think thats how they do it. my little brother who is a smartaccess customer has exchanged his phone i dont know how many times going from the nokia 6800, to the moto v300, moto v330, and now the moto v360 all for free. i cant wait till the sk3 drops i'll have him try his luck with my sk2 and see if he can muster up a 3 for me. oh and did i mention he always get the $14.00 shipping credited to him.

so the moral is if anyone is that giving of course i'd answere yes to all the syrvey questions at the end of my ph...

very true.. If one aspect of our customer service is lacking.. We tend to make it up..I have called in myself as a customer to tmobile and have been treated ok for the most part.. But i have yet to have a blatantly rude rep.. I even got an adjustment for my activation fee-nice and easy.. As a CS rep myself i always tell the customers IM a CUSTOMER TOO! it always gets them. 😎

admittingly i've only had 2-4 blatenly rude people. in the end i have gotten what i wanted but they did show some rudeness. before i could be rude in the 1st place.

and the hold time is terror. but they do make up for it.

hold time?...maybe it's just me, but i've called into customer service at least 6 times now for various things and the longest I had to hold before speaking to a CSF was maybe 30 seconds.

maybe i'm just lucky.

If anyone called this summer we had some hellish service levels, so yes the hold time was horrendously long. At that time I worked until 1 am and even then I had people getting through who complained they had been on hold for 20 mins or more. Summers are the worst because no one shows up for work, and in addition this summer there were some organizational changes that hampered service levels.

The problem has since been fixed and then some with more organizational changes and call re-routing. I had to call tech support for my GC89 and I was through in 30 seconds. Things are still not perfect; the hold time is still long for the second tier of tech support but we are working on that with increased staffing. Basically though it should n...

Now if only T-Mobile would get around to spending more money on their network. Coverage is still terrible, with mostly fair coverage in parts of Lake County Indiana. My co-worker hoped that with a different phone, his reception would improve, and the newer phone had even worse reception than his cheap Samsung. His Samsung flip phone had only 1 bar in one spot, and the cheap candy bar Samsung had an extra bar that the flip phone didn't. But still he rarely gets full signal strength and some towers are overloaded at different times of the day. T-Mobile shouldn't have been trying for PCS licenses all time. Hopefully they'll get some of the newest cellular band licenses to improve reception, including some medium size markets. Where I liv...

😳 😲 👿 sprint is the worst of all. hold time is like a day and a half. then the cs reps are indian and have names like alex and beth but dont speak a lick of clear and proper english. or named rakessha and pookie and STILL don't speak a lick of clear or proper english.

Ive been a customer with T mo for a year and a half. I never have been on hold for longer then 30 min. I'm usually never on hold longer then five min. When I had Sprint i was usually on hold for more then 10 min. At times i was on hold up to 45 min.

I think its without a doubt the number one CS. The reps are always extremely friendly, understanding and quick. I cannot recall a time that I was on hold with T-Mobile. Twice in the past month has T-Mobile credited 2 seperate p hone bills of $250-$350 dollars each. (new employee, big headache...fired already)

Its been a few months since I've sold Cingular, and I usually tried to avoid CS calls alltogether with them because I remember it to be a big pain. Most customers I've spoken to hate the customer service.

Verizon, not bad but sometimes I get long hold times and their automated speaking lady thing is one of the most frustrating in the industry.

Sprint - Horrible...enough said. I could go on and on about them, but I dont fe...
