family texting?

just some ?'s about the new family text plan...
Is it $10 a month for ALL lines and allows UNLIMITED texting, picture, video messaging to anybody (meaning all carriers & email addressses)?
also can i add it to my current family plan w/o a contract extension, b/c i didnt see the option on mytmobile?

the feature is only 9.99 for the account, not per each line.
this will allow every line on the account to be able to have unlimited messaging (text, IM, pic, and video)
there is no contract extention required
