Question to Direct Dealers

I currently work in one of the call centers and have started to move up the promotional ladder but am thinking of becoming a dealer. I have only heard good things so far. Only thing that didn't sound good was the huge pay cut. What do you guys think?

are you kidding me. I would find it very hard to believe that you make as much cash in a call center as you do in a retail store. I know here they start you at 10.15 an hour + commission. The comm structure easily puts you at 40K a year. I don't see T-mobile paying to many people in a call center that much...unless you are higher up not just on the phone.

Indirects pay well too... you just have to find the right one. Before I opened up my 3 stores I was paid 1500/month sal + 25 a phone commission , and 35 commission if I did over 100% of the previous month. But since then (2002) tmo has cut commission to indirects, espically upgrades. So you just have to look around and weigh the benefits.
