Use Sprint Treo 650 w/T-Mobile?

Recently switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. Can I use my old Treo 650 on T-Mobile in some way?

Cant be done. Sprint uses CDMA format for their phones. T Mobile uses the almighty SIM Card.
