I would think of it as competition. I am a T-Mobile employee. Any compay that has about double your subscriber base should be considered a threat. Are we as concerned about Sprixtel as we are about Cingular or VZ? No way! But still concerned none the less. I would say we are most concerned about VZ because of the fact that we at T-Mobile value our customer service so highly. It is our big money spinner. JD Power Awards, great rate plans.
