I am considering renewal but T-Mobile treats existing customers like *@#$ when they want to buy a phone. The deals are horrible. New customers get way better pricing. Where (or what department) can I go to, or call, to get the best possible deal? I don't want to leave but if I'm signing a 2 year agreement anyway I may as well do it with a company thats giving me the best deal. Any suggestions!

If you're ok with sacrificing your number, just activate a new line, leave a voice mail on your old line for about 2 to 3 weeks notifying people of your new number, then cancel your existing account.
It sucks to lose your number, but maybe it's worth the $900 bucks you'll save with the new account, plus you'll only have a 1 year contract. I can understand your frustration. They don't leave us much of a choice but to churn.

dude, he wants to "get more" and verizon definitely is not the company to do that with... you guys are expensive in a way that t mobile looks like a hyundai compared to your bimmer prices.

I actually worked it out w/ TMobile. Got ahold of the "retention team" who gladly offered me the T809 @ 49.95, and I am more than satisfied. I love TMobile 😉
