I'm working for a certain company (indirect) who isn't the most spectacular right now... i want to switch jobs.

if i'm looking at COR for T-mo, what can i expect? pay scale in the AZ market? I'm on pain killers for my back, so is a drug test required? usually companies don't let you work if you're on percocet, even for pain.

now, getting to the bare bones of things, obviously, what is the pay rate? (az if possible?) how are benefits? how long does an activation take you? what percentage do you make on accessories? percentage on act's and upg's?

the most important things to me are: how well are the stores supported? i take it from your JD powers scores you are given all necessary tools to do CS work? including troubleshooting? What...

Well....Pay is different for different markets. There are no drug tests unless they feel they need to do it. I think different states have different laws on if drug tests are mandatory or not. Benefits are pretty good. I think i pay 10 bucks a month.

Activation time varies. It takes me five minutes to do the processing. That time depends on all sorts of things. We make 10% off the accessories that we sell at SRP. Phones we get paid different prices. They are broken down by tiers. Obviously the more expensive the phone the more you get paid. I would definitely look into everything in your region. Because different areas have different programs.
