Here is the difference between T-Mobile's JD Power awards and Cingular's "fewest dropped calls by leading independent research company" award.

T-Mobile pays JD power for the rights to use there name for advertising, and for the details of there {own personal research}.

Cingular Pays "the leading independent research company" to do the research!!! I am always going to tell the person who pays me that they are the best. Plus, T-mobile was not even tested in the research.

As a member of the wireless industry I am ashamed by companies that lie to gain a competitive edge in naive customer's minds.

What does everyone else think about this???
