Hand set exchange.
I am getting customers coming with replacements phone, from hand set exchange with lots of issues, it seems the refurbishing is not fixing what was wrong, and do you see the same issues in your stores.

lol yeah taking that call really does bite... because not only do you have to troubleshoot you have to acknowledge they may get a out of warranty fee for the phone being damaged when its sent back. And i get alot fo activations where customer calls in saying the phone they are using is acting up and when u pull up the imei it was used on another account.
