Do customers really believe that Cingular has better service, or is it just the advertising of the roll over min or the raising the bar that is getting them to migrate? My cousin works for Cingular and he tells me since we started to offer the two year contract, they are taking more customers from us, do you find that to be true, we pretty much have the same amount of coverage and phone selection, share your thought with me.

I disagree with your comment about phone selection. I dont have service with Cingular but I must say they have a much wider selection of phones than T-Mobile.

Comparable coverage my ass!! The personal coverage check for T-Mo is a joke. Your map says you have coverage in the town where my store is (76426), and there is none. No roaming agreements with Cingular either.

T-mobile's coverage looks like Cingular's pay as you go coverage. This is why the closest T-Mo dealer is in Denton, Texas, 45 miles away......closer to the DFW metroplex.

There, I share my "thought" with you. 😉
