we all know other 3 have enough spectrum to run anything
only T-mobile need the spectrum to launch 3G
from the headliner, it sounds like other 3 try to f*** up T-Mobile through AWS 🙄 🙄
shame on America

alltel, sprint and cingular do not need this AWS spectrum becuase they have enough right now, but tmobile usa will need to desperately get key AWS spectrum. the problem is, you have leap wireless, comcast and time warner who will be bidding for this spectrum so that poses a problem for tmobile usa in successfuly acquiring key spectrum for its future success.

i think becuase everyone knows that tmobile usa needs spectrum, comcast, time warner and leap wireless will make it difficult for them.

What plans would comcast and time-warner have for that spectrum? Are they running a wireless service? If so, I'm not familiar with them because they don't operate in my area. Thanks!

well time warner and comcast, sprint and a few other cable companies put money in to do a joint venture (wireless) that will use sprint's network. they can use the new spectrum for anything they wish.. perhaps to bring more capacity, perhaps to do their own network, expand the footprint, or perhaps just to hurt others from not getting it. spectrum is always a big key for growth and since wireless is the future many cable companies and others are getting into the wireless game, so this is a good way to start.

they could..

remember cox cable is also among one of the companies who is forming the joint venture with sprint. (to do that very cell phone service)

so they could always ask time warner and comcast to bid for them.

agreed....my friend has sprint and her phone screen constantly blacks out, shes only had it for 7 months..so i went to sprint with her and the guy said they cant do anything about it only Sanyo can...which means she would be without a phone for more then a month...so i went on about other carriers like tmo replacing phones if there defective and he said well our technican can look at it but if it needs to be fixed or replaced its $35....

He was actually funny cause he hates sprint and said it has the worst policies...yet hes tryin to sell it.

your phone comes with a one year warranty.... so if it is in the warranty period and a issue that is not physical damage (water damage), lost or stolen than you can get it replaced and only ups charges you for shipping.

if you have asurion protection you can have replaced for 40, but that is a deductible like all types of insurance.
