Just got in new Nokia 6103 @ my job. Phone feels like junk. Whats up with nokias. They always felt nice, now they feel weak. Also what is the story with wallpapers, when you put something on, you cant see your shortcuts on main screen. The razr has a much better feel to it, but is also garbage. The screen collects SOOOOOOOOO much dust inside. What the heck is going on with these phones. the samsung t809 has same problem. AM I THE ONLY ONE GETTING THESE PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMERS?
same problems with these phones on cingular side too. I dont have these problems with Sprint phones.

The razr and T809 both have known handset issues where dust gets inside the screen. It's a manufacturer defect.

if sprint had a razr it would be the same issue and im pretty sure sprint phones have alot of rediculous known issues. Also it is a issue of taking care of it, yes the screen can collect dut.... but i know alot of razr owens that doesnt have this problem at all. customer rarely have these issues and they are easier to deal with because it is known.... just get a V360 that would solve that problem all together lol

Sprint phones do have their own issues. I just am not happy with these 2 phones and the non-stop issues people keep coming in with. These are high end phones with high end prices. How do you explain to a customer that their grandmother Nokia 6010 doesn't collect dust, or grandpa's samsung x495?
