Hello...

So I got a couple of questions about working for T-Mobile / Cell Phone Carrier. I am currently employed by a bank but am thinking about leaving. I will have the option to leave or stay in a few weeks. I've got a lot of expirence with cash handeling and of course great customer service skills. lol. I thought about going to work for a Cell Phone carrier because I know A LOT about them. And have had a lot. I like them too. lol. So what are the benefits of working for T-Mobile? What is generally their pay range / Starting pay? (I Make OKAY money now...considering that I am stil at home and going to college...)
Any input would be very helpful.

Thanks Much

Lol i don't think there are 2 reps/dealers who get paid the same.... pretty much you would want to go onto tmobile.com/jobs apply and have the recruiter for that position call you back. Because you have some bank exp you may start out at a little more ya know. so its wide open

well, first of all it depends on if you are going to work in a call center or at a sales location. people all get paid differently, and then sales reps get commission as well...

at my call center, reps start out in training at $9/hour. after 8 weeks of training, they go out onto the floor, and most of them get around a 50 cent raise. after that theres the 13 week incentive, where depending on your stats and attendence, you can get another raise up to around $1. from there, you have a 3rd and 6th month review, where another raise is possible, and then it goes yearly (another review at 1 year, 2 years, etc).

tmobile direct employees get paid more than we do... not sure about sales reps, but i would imagine its similar wages + the c...
