I'm a prepaid csr and i hate getting calls from nyc bc the calls are always about dc's. why is nyc such a bad place for reception and dc's?? please only tech-ies answer the question.

there is alot of network congestion out there. pllus its one of the more troublesome area with tower outages......... why is almost impossible.... but thats usually the case... plus with being possibly the #1 market there is alot of tower construction and maintenace going on

Also, cities are very difficult to cover as the RF sprays around like water from a shower head. Between shadows from tall buildings, multiple reflections introducing interference and evertthing else already mentioned, it is a nightmare. This is especially nasty at higher frequencies, such as 1900 MHz.

all you have to do is request a service requestto your specific area..... could be the phone as well... would askfor your addy to look but lol i get blazed for that
