Why is TMTG service not as reliable as postpaid service? The quality of the connections isn't as good. I get dropped calls frequently on TMTG where I never get them at all with postpaid service. Also, when calling TMTG CC the interface is somewhat retarded if you ask me. You key *8646 and you hear you "you have XXX minutes in your account (OK that's fine) then you get ringing followed by the unnecessary spiel "great news did you know.... yaddayadda gold rewards.... yaddayadda I don't want to hear that every time I call. I want to do my business (add minutes, speak to a rep etc.) and hang up. At least with the automated system...

as far as the IVR im not too familiar with the IVR bc i only take the calls, so sorry you have to go through that everytime; i think the explaination on the gold rewards is mainly for new customers but i do agree that they shouldnt pound it to u's everytime you call customer service. b...
