Goodbye TMO

rtx

Earlier today I ported my number to Verizon. It wasn't as if I disliked TMO. I felt that VZN had more to offer. Specifically free M2M, solid phone selection, stronger coverage.

I will miss TMO customer service by far the best in the industry.

Thanks to those who took the time to reply to my questions in this forum over the years.

Peace 🙂

In was a big part of the decision. Many of the people I know and work with are on VZN. However, they appear to have better coverage in my area (North Texas). I confirmed that for myself this evening when I was near the TX / OK line. On TMO I always lost coverage VZN had complete and solid coverage.

To a lessor extent phones did make a difference as well. VZN has the Moto Q and the Treo 700p both are far more user friendly than the SDA or MDA for me.

As I mentioned in my original post TMO has excellent customer service and I will miss that. I was a customer for many years and wh...

Have fun at Verizon. Be sure to swing by one of our delicious Starbucks stores on your way to get your new phone. What is your favorite beverage?
