Gmail/Google Maps on T mobile
Can these be accessed on a T-mobile internet plan..are they blocked by a T-mobile firewall?

If you're talking about an actual INTERNET plan, then no--there is no "firewall" blocking access any more than there is with any other ISP. If you're talking TZones, I don't have any problem configuring my Gmail POP3 settings to be accessed via either MyTMobile or my phone.
Haven't tried Google maps, but then again maps are pretty useless over WAP on a teeny screen anyway... 😉
