Triband 900 without 850 in US

Guys,

Can you use a triband phone with 900 instead of 850 in the US? If so, are there service limitations?

900 is not the same as and does not equal 850. They are two distinct frequencies. 1800 is not the same as 1900 either.

The "service limitation" is that the 900 radio will not work anywhere in North America except Cuba.

well since you are a TMo customer, you only need the 1900 band anyways. They dont own any 850 licenses, they just have roaming agreements, so you should be fine. I have a L6 unlocked that is triband like that for prepay TMo and it works fine in the city and along most major interstates.
