Calls forward to VM -- "no known network issues"
😲 I currently use an unlocked Nokia 6220i and have used it on TMobile for over a year now. I never had any issues until recently. Phone calls are forwarding to VM on their own. I have a setting my phone to do so if I choose but never use it. I know two other people here in my area this is happening to. Today I purchased a prepaid Cingular SIM and so far no forwarding. Who can I contact to have this investigated further. I paid good money for my phone and now am 80% sure it's TMobile not my phone. Any suggestions

It's most likely not a network issue. Make sure your phone is set to line 1 and not line 2, if so, then I would cancell all call forwarding and then reset it to your voicemail. Make sure to set it when not available.

luguy 🙂 -- Thanks for the help. Can I ask you to explain a little more as I'm not sure what you mean when you say "set to line 1 and not line 2". I do know how to do the cancel all call forwarding but honestly am not understanding how to change "lines". TIA
