Here is a great job opportunity for people that are employed outside the wireless industry.. If you want a better job, please apply at T-Mobile (50K a year according to this forum) or Verizon (almost 65K according to this forum). There are the requirements

MUST BE

1. Willing to take a great company like T-Mobile or Verizon to the Next level of success right now held back by morons working there.)

2. Must seriously care about your customers.
-2 rules of business..Take care of your customer...rule #2 See rule one or hit the door.

3. You must generally be happy with your life, so you are not bitter when you come to work and not try to rip off customers when they are the ones paying your salary. (if you think that the company you work for is paying your salary...please don't apply. There are a lot of those already here on their way out)

4. Spend free time to think of ways to make the company, store, service etc. better so you will have a happier customer, in return you will be happy too.

MUST NOT BE

1. An arrogant moron who thinks it is their store or their phone. You are there to sell it your customers not the keep it in your store and play with them all day.

2. Should have a brain (only required to use half because the job is so easy)

3. Should not spend free time talking about how you riped off a customer or how cool you look in your new rental shirt. (Shirt is not yours,it belongs to the company.)

If you are a Good person and want to be a part of a good company and not try to hold it back because you are a dumba** please apply.

Maybe we can get rid of these jerks that can't take a criticism and get all bent out of shape, because they don't' even have the half a brain required to do the job...

Managers... I am doing you this favor by bringing in good applicants, so you can get rid of the idiots you have there. If you think all your reps are good and don't need replacing..YOU are the one that needs replacing..There is always room for improvement.

Thanks...and have a good day

Oh, by the way...The shirts are given. Why would the company want a used, worn shirt back if the employee quits? That doesn't make any sense. Only fast food restaurants do that so maybe you work for one of those and that's why you think cell phone companies are the same way. Anything is possible.

Moe, your diatribe has gotten a little more coherent but stil misses the mark. Lets review.

Yes, the wireless industry is a GREAT place to be. Mucho mad bank for anyone-with or without a college education. All it takes is a little intrgrity (lacking in some instance I agree) and dedication (also lacking sometimes).

As a professional in the industry, your insistence on us (those in this industry) of trying to "rip off" customers and us being bitter is way off the mark. We are in a competive business...sales. Can I assume you feel the same way towards real estate agents, car sales people and anyone else in sales? Believe it or not the VAST majoriy of people in our industry are at least as competitent as you, and many have a higher level ...

Guys,

I know I have pissed off quite a few guys here and they have said things to be to piss me off, but here is the real deal.

I am a good customer of T-Mobile in General. I have a high dollar amount plan, and I buy a lot of extra stuff from your stores even though i know i can get it for a couple of bucks on ebay.

I had a bad experience with a sales person the other day and it was not the first time that a rep has had a less than desirable attitude. I let it go before because it does not make a difference in my life one way or the other. The other day I was thinking, I like T-Mobile, I like their stores and someone needs to bring this issue up. I am sure there are a bunch of other customers that will agree with me. Anyways, me be...

It's all in how you position it. Remember that how you say something is equally important to what you say. I think that if your original post had been nicer, you wouldn't have had so many people jumping off of the deep end but I did find all of the postings amusing, including my own so I thank you for that. 🙂

Moe, that was actualy a semi decent post...but...

the next to last paragraph in my prior post did mention the original complain, as you put it before.

Best to you and yours. It's just an internet forum...no harm, no foul.

Peace.
