being able to call any 5 numbers landline or mobile at anytime, unlimited. you have to have a compatable device, plan (i think), and can only change your list once a month is what i was told.

That was not a dumb question. Most people don't know what the new service is because T-Mobile just started launching it. (Don't be hard on yourself, kid. A dumb question are questions like when a customer is in a Verizon store and asks, "Do you sell that T-Mobile To Go prepaid thingy?")
