Personal Coverage Check Question

OK...after a slow morning I sold 2 T-Mo phones (a RAZR and a V195). Before the activation I did the PCC and found out that the customer has about 2-3 bars at his home. Would the phone work inside his house or would he get no signal? He said he had a friend with a Blackberry on Cingular and got 4 bars inside his house. Wouldn't this be the same?

Any thoughts/suggestions? I just hope that this customer doesn't come back due to the phones not working. He even said Verizon didn't work (ported numbers over).

I really don't have a choice...I just hope it works, especially if it does, he's going to add a line onto the account and get text messaging with it. 😕
